HVK Stevens, a full-service tax and legal advisory firm, has appointed a new partner and two directors in their tax practice with effect from January 1, 2025.
Sathees Kengatharam has been appointed as a partner in the Tax practice. He primarily advises Dutch companies owned by private equity firms on their tax positions and transactions. He is specialized in structuring management and employee incentive plans. Additionally, he has significant experience advising innovative companies and utilizing fiscal arrangements such as the innovation box.
Sandra Singh and Frank van Nus have been appointed as Directors Tax.
