Global law firm Shearman & Sterling has roped in Jay Singer as partner to the firm’s tax practice. Jay will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Having started his career in the IRS national office, Jay has advised major public companies on cross-border spin-offs and tax-efficient structuring of complex acquisitions and dispositions. Jay also brings a wealth of experience on general corporate and international tax advice.
