The OECD has published a set of newly established bilateral for the exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports with respect to Bermuda, Curaçao, Hong Kong (China), and Liechtenstein.
CbC report is part of the three-tiered approach to transfer pricing documentation developed under BEPS Action 13. The automatic exchange of CbC report, which started in June his year, will give tax administrations around the world access to key information on the annual income and profits, as well as the capital, employees, and activities of multinationals that are active within their jurisdictions.
As of September 2018, there are over 1800 bilateral exchange relationships activated with respect to jurisdictions committed to exchanging CbC reports.
The full list of automatic exchange relationships that are now in place is available on the OECD’s website.
