Mike Bernard Joins Vertex as Chief Tax Officer

Former Microsoft Tax Counsel, Mike Bernard, has joined US tax technology solutions company Vertex, Inc as the Chief Tax Officer. Bernard will succeed Peggi Rockefeller.

Bernard brings 35 years of experience in corporate tax, administration, and finance, including a substantive knowledge of US and international tax laws. Bernard is a widely sought-after expert in the corporate tax industry and possesses an extensive network of relationships with Government policy groups and tax administrations.
